Room rates depend on the number of persons accommodated in the room, and include all taxes. Service charge is not applicable. |

| Prepayment | In case of larger groups or longer stays an advance payment needs to be done in order to have a confirmed reservation. The deposit amount is 25% of the estimated total cost and will be adjusted with the final amount at the end of the stay. |
| Cancellation policy | If reservation is cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If If cancellation is later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. All the cancellation requests should be done through emailing at viladiakonia@gmail.com |
